We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Composite Process Engineer to join our operations team. This role is critical to the development and improvement of manufacturing processes for composite aerospace components. The ideal candidate is hands-on, analytical, and passionate about driving efficiency on the shop floor through tooling design, process refinement, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Develop, document, and improve production processes for composite and bonded aerospace parts
• Design and support tooling solutions using SolidWorks, including materials such as silicone, urethane, and engineered plastics
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve technical challenges and implement best practices
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action plans for non-conformances
• Support quoting processes and provide technical input to cross-functional teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production engineering environment
• Familiarity with composite materials, bonding, or polymer science preferred
• Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with hands-on manufacturing exposure
