As a Manufacturing Engineer , you will be part of a structured development program designed to cultivate future leaders for our U.S.-based precision manufacturing operations. Through rotational assignments in mechanical processing, injection molding, stamping, quality assurance, and production engineering, you will gain hands-on experience and develop cross-functional capabilities. Responsibilities: Participate in on-site training across key production units (CNC, injection molding, stamping, etc.). Assist with process optimization, production planning, and equipment improvement initiatives. Collaborate with senior engineers and supervisors on efficiency, quality, and automation projects. Analyze production data and contribute to continuous improvement activities (Lean, Six Sigma). Prepare reports, SOPs, and present findings to plant leadership. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field). Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills. Willingness to work in shop-floor and production environments. Mandarin proficiency is a plus. Career Path: High-performing employee will be considered for manufacturing supervisory or engineering leadership roles within the U.S. or global operations.
