ESTIMATED PAY RANGE
$60,000-$70,000, DOE
JOB SUMMARY
As a Manufacturing Engineer in Gwinner, ND, you may: play a key role in optimizing production processes, improving product quality, and supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations; work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, purchasing, and operations, to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and ergonomic manufacturing solutions for existing product lines; analyze time, motion, and methods to ensure balanced workflows and capacity alignment; implement and improve manufacturing systems, equipment, and materials with a focus on cost, quality, and efficiency; write and distribute manufacturing changes and work instructions; train operators on updates, and work collaboratively with suppliers and other Applied partners.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's of Science Degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering
0–2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong hands-on experience with mechanical components, machinery, or assembly processes is highly preferred
Lean Manufacturing experience preferred (Yellow Belt or Green Belt certification a plus)
