Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer
Job Description
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will collaborate with Production and Technical Support teams to identify, isolate, and resolve technical challenges, enhancing product reproducibility. You will also focus on improving production processes to reduce costs and decrease scrap. Utilizing project management tools, you will research and acquire new manufacturing technologies, including automated equipment, to enhance production efficiency. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing and validating new manufacturing technology transitions to ensure continuous and successful production. Responsibilities
Identify and resolve technical challenges to improve product reproducibility. Improve production processes to reduce costs and scrap. Research and purchase new manufacturing technologies and automated equipment. Implement and validate new manufacturing technology to ensure successful production transitions. Coordinate and supervise process and equipment validations. Participate in cross-functional core teams for new products, representing Operations and Manufacturing Engineering. Support both internal and external audits. Maintain and enhance workflow efficiency. Essential Skills

The role is within an in vitro diagnostics company, featuring a work environment that consists of 80% desk work and 20% presence on the manufacturing floor. The facility is equipped with fully automated new machinery from Italy, enhancing the production capabilities. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $75.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
