Key Responsibilities
• Lead and participate in concept development and strategy sessions.

• Manage capital projects from scope development through installation and commissioning.
• Maintain and improve plant equipment for safety, reliability, and efficiency.
• Design experiments and analyze data to support product and process improvements.
• Develop and implement testing methods and equipment.
• Create and maintain engineering documentation.
• Provide technical support for troubleshooting and quality issues.
• Conduct feasibility studies and monitor emerging technologies and trends.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Proficiency in 2D CAD (AutoCAD); experience with Inventor and 3D CAD is a plus.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent teamwork, leadership, and project management skills.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $46.00/hr.
