Qualifications and Skills: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Tool Design or Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering Proficiency in Engineering Drafting and Solid Modeling skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints Working knowledge of Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel, Email) Willingness to learn and take on new technical responsibilities as assigned Effective verbal and written communication skills for collaborative work environments Previous experience in metal fabrication preferred but not required Job Duties: Design and develop tooling, including weld fixtures, machining fixtures, and inspection gauges Review and verify customer-provided manufacturing files (.dxf files or 3D models) for accuracy and compatibility Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to assist in drafting and modeling parts Identify issues during the manufacturing process and collaborate with relevant departments to resolve and improve outcomes Coordinate and communicate with internal departments such as engineering, production, and quality control Benefits: Paid holidays Vacation Health, dental, and vision insurance plans 401k retirement plan with company match Overtime available
