A well-established industrial equipment manufacturer is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer / CNC Programmer to join its growing team at a state-of-the-art facility in southeastern Wisconsin. This is a direct hire opportunity with a company investing over $10M into modernizing its operations—including new equipment, new hires, and process improvements.
Ideal candidates will be hands-on engineers with strong CNC programming experience (particularly Mastercam) who enjoy collaborating with shop-floor teams and solving complex manufacturing challenges in real time.

$78,600–$110,000 base salary, depending on experience
Full relocation package offered—up to $15,000

What You’ll **
Program CNC machines (mills and lathes) using Mastercam (v2020+) , G-code, and AutoCAD
Create and refine routings and tooling paths from engineering drawings
Partner with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues on the floor
Recommend and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and quality
Work with design engineering software including VISI, Inventor, and Pro/E
Apply machining, welding, and metal fabrication knowledge to support prototype and production builds
What We’re Looking * *
3+ years of CNC programming experience (or 1+ year with a degree)
Strong experience with Mastercam, AutoCAD, and G-code
Familiarity with blueprint reading, manufacturing instructions, and machining processes
Hands-on understanding of machining, welding, and fabrication
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of offering practical process improvement ideas
Experience in OEM, machine building, or job shop environments is highly preferred
