In the Manufacturing Engineer position, you'll be responsible for operating and supporting CNC machining processes to produce high-precision components using both manual and automated equipment. You'll be on site (7:30am -3:30pm) handle setup, inspection, post-processing, and ERP data entry in a fast-paced, quality-focused manufacturing environment.

Description
The Manufacturing Engineer will report to the General Manager, in this role you will:
Set up and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts to tight tolerances
Load raw materials and monitor machine performance throughout production runs
Perform in process inspections using gauges, indicators, and CMM equipment
Complete post-machining tasks such as deburring, polishing, and chamfering
Accurately record production data and measurements in ERP and quality systems
Assist with tool changes, machine adjustments, and troubleshooting as needed
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
Participate in inventory counts and occasional special projects or tasks
Profile
A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have:
5+ years of CNC machining experience, including setup and basic programming
Proficient with inspection tools, including CMMs
Comfortable with CAD/CAM software (MasterCAM preferred)
Hands on, detail oriented, and quality driven
Familiar with ERP systems and computer basics
U.S. citizen or permanent resident (ITAR compliance)
Willing to work overtime as needed
No degree required, experience matters most
