Duties

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repairing equipment and systems
• Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency
• Utilize hotel software to track work orders and document repairs
• Fabricate and install parts as needed to maintain equipment functionality
• Follow hotel and brand standards for preventive maintenance for all systems, equipment, and filters
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections

Experience

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals
• Ability to fabricate and install parts using various tools and equipment
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of basic electrical systems, including wiring, motors, and logic controllers
• Leadership skills to effectively manage maintenance projects and coordinate with other team members
