Duties Perform routine maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repairing equipment and systems Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks based on urgency Utilize hotel software to track work orders and document repairs Fabricate and install parts as needed to maintain equipment functionality Follow hotel and brand standards for preventive maintenance for all systems, equipment, and filters Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections

Experience Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals Ability to fabricate and install parts using various tools and equipment Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written Knowledge of basic electrical systems, including wiring, motors, and logic controllers Leadership skills to effectively manage maintenance projects and coordinate with other team members
