Must Have: • Linux system admin exp • Experience working in an ITSM environment (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira) • Basic systems administration experience on both Windows and Linux platforms • bility to interpret system performance metrics (CPU, memory, disk) • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills • Excellent communication and time management skills
Nice to Have: • Experience in an enterprise or data center environment • Familiarity with server monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, SolarWinds) • ITIL Foundation certification a plus
