Lead Software Engineer Lead a team of front-end, server-side, and full-stack developers. Act as technical lead and provide governance to all development using best practices. Analyze business requirements, design an efficient and reliable solution for the problems. Participate in architecture review meetings and get approval for the design and solution proposed. Manage agile and scrum development processes in a continuous integration and deployment methodology. Partner with product leaders as well as other technology partners to provide support and influence. Engage actively with the platform, leveraging a deep understanding of key Salesforce design and architectural concepts, including the capabilities and limitations of the Salesforce CRM application. Perform Salesforce development tasks, including coding in APEX (classes, triggers, batch processes, and web services), VisualForce, Lightning (Aura), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce APIs, SOQL, and the platform. Implement and manage integrations with third-party tools or web APIs to enhance system functionality and data synchronization. 40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Minimum requirements: Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or a related field Five (5) years of post-baccalaureate, progressive related work experience* Five (5) years of experience with/in: Distributed architecture using Java, REST and web development technologies Open-source technology stack such as Spring or Hibernate Frontend JavaScript and CSS frameworks such as ReactJS, Angular, and Bootstrap Designing and developing large scale, high traffic applications Continuous integration and continuous deployment Use of at least two cloud infrastructure applications such as, AWS, SQS, Lambda, Docker, Microservice architecture, API Gateway, RDS (Postgres/MySQL), or Oracle Application of Agile principles and managing development via multiple development teams in an Agile environment Test automation and TDD principles 100% telecommuting permitted.
