Responsibilities: Execute creative software solutions, design, develop, and troubleshoot technical issues, thinking beyond routine approaches. Develop secure, high-quality production code; review and debug code written by others. Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless data flow. Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues promptly. Work with UX/UI designers to translate concepts into interactive, responsive interfaces. Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs; optimize applications for speed and scalability. Identify opportunities to automate or eliminate recurring issues to improve stability. Lead evaluation sessions with vendors, startups, and internal teams to assess architectural designs and technical credentials. Lead communities of practice to promote awareness of new technologies. Qualifications: Required: Formal training or certification in software engineering and 5+ years of practical experience. Experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability. Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles. Experience with version control systems like Git. Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery. Knowledge of the full Software Development Life Cycle. Proven UI development experience with a strong portfolio. Understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, application resiliency, and security. Proficiency in relevant technical disciplines (e.g., cloud, AI, ML, mobile). In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and IT systems. Preferred: Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest or Enzyme. Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API. Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn.
