Key Responsibilities: Set and communicate the technical vision and goals for the team to enhance organizational efficiency. Articulate complex systems and features in detail for stakeholders. Analyze industry trends and their implications for technology development. Collaborate with organizational leaders to boost team and company performance. Identify fresh opportunities and guide resource allocation to prioritize these ideas. Drive the long-term technical strategy and roadmap for cross-company projects. Gather and synthesize requirements to construct a productive feature roadmap. Tackle performance and scalability challenges while minimizing technical debt. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 12+ years of programming expertise in a relevant language or 8+ years with a PhD. Proven history of planning multi-year roadmaps with aligned short-term accomplishments. Experience leading extensive cross-functional engineering initiatives. Skilled in utilizing data for problem-solving and providing actionable insights. Proficient in cross-functional communication and solution implementation. Experience in mentoring and influencing executive stakeholders across organizations. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a closely related field. Familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. Knowledge of NLP techniques including text preprocessing, tokenization, and sentiment analysis. Understanding of information retrieval concepts such as indexing, querying, and ranking. Demonstrated experience with data structures and algorithms, including graph theory and optimization techniques.
