Job Summary:

Join our dynamic WW Returns & ReCommerce team as a Software Development Engineer II, where your work will significantly impact our customers' returns experience and enhance recovery options. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge software applications, tools, systems, and services to elevate operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. You'll collaborate with diverse teams to innovate and automate processes, ensuring a seamless integration of new technologies into our vast ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities: Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and documentation. Collaborate closely with development teams on Corporate and Divisional Software projects, contributing to both new and existing software and automation. Take ownership of large-scale distributed software applications, ensuring their reliability and effectiveness. Harness innovative technologies to enhance the customer returns experience across the platform. Continuously evaluate and incorporate new technologies and frameworks to support business requirements. Must-Have Skills: 9+ Years of hands-on experience with Java and SQL. Experience working in a large-scale operation with scalable systems. Proficiency in Data Structures and Algorithms.

Industry Experience:

Prior experience working in large-scale operations and familiarity with scalable systems is preferred. Exposure to a technical environment or similar ecommerce platforms will be a significant advantage.
