Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Security Solutions Engineer to scope, design, and advocate for security solutions that protect Meta's users, employees, and infrastructure. This is a critical role where you will lead a team consisting of Security Engineers, Security Analysts, and Software Engineers to implement robust security strategies across Meta. Responsibilities: Lead the Security Engineering and Software Engineering teams to develop and implement comprehensive security solutions and platforms. Identify and prioritize the highest-risk security concerns across the organization. Develop in-depth threat models and design effective solutions to mitigate risks. Balance security requirements with operational efficiency to enable fast-paced secure development. Communicate across various functions to influence and drive security solutions. Operate effectively in ambiguous environments, blending technical design with business needs. Minimum Qualifications: B.S. in Computer Science or a related field. Extensive experience managing large-scale engineering and security initiatives. Proven ability to navigate the interplay between security and organizational friction. Exceptional communication skills with a history of influencing cross-functional teams. Hands-on engineering experience leading a combined team of Security Engineers and Software Engineers.
