IMPORTANT: This is a Hybrid position Requiring an Active TS/SCI Clearance!!
OVERVIEW:
Were seeking a Lead RF Engineer to design, develop, and test advanced radio frequency systems. This is a leadership position where you'll tackle complex technical challenges, steer multidisciplinary projects, and guide innovation in a fast-paced engineering environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the design and development of RF systems from concept to deployment
- Model and analyze sophisticated RF architectures
- Identify and mitigate technical risks at the system level
- Provide technical guidance and design recommendations based on analysis outcomes
- Serve as a subject matter expert across RF and related engineering domains
- Collaborate with software, hardware, and materials engineering teams
- Manage complex engineering initiatives with clarity and strategic focus
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Deep knowledge of RF systems, electromagnetic principles, and digital signal processing
- Exceptional prototyping skills and hands-on troubleshooting expertise
- Familiarity with authoritative texts such as Barton, Haykin, Pozar, Proakis, and Rappaport
- Strong analytical thinking and technical leadership
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
MUST HAVE:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Masters preferred)
- 7-10 years of experience in RF or Communications Engineering
- Active TS/SCI Clearance Required
