As a Lead Network Engineer, you will configure routers, switches, and firewalls, ensuring optimal performance in alignment with our business goals. You'll oversee network-related projects, serve as the technical lead for the Disaster Recovery Project, and stay updated on the latest in network infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Ensure global (LAN/WAN) network infrastructure operates optimally, providing associates with reliable network access. Configure and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, wireless systems, and firewalls to align with business processes. Analyze network activity to plan capacity and support business growth. Review and recommend improvements to enhance network and system performance. Install patches and firmware to guarantee functionality and integrate new features. Manage and maintain virtual infrastructure, including virtual machines and Storage Area Network (SAN) systems. Lead all network-related projects and disaster recovery efforts. Conduct research on network products, services, and protocols to stay current in the field. Communicate operational issues effectively and present data to support recommendations for remediation. Collaborate with various IS teams to provide comprehensive support for networking facilities. Your Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer technology or 12 years of relevant experience. A minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering. CCNA and MCITP or VCP certifications required. Successful completion of in-house training programs. Obtain a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment. The pay range for this role is $90,000 - $126,500 annually, determined by factors including location and experience.
