Position Compensation Range: $128,000.00 - $216,000.00 Pay Rate Type: Salary Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location. Relocation support is offered for eligible candidates. Primary Accountabilities Help lead the design and implementation of cloud infrastructure using IaC tools such as Terraform, Crossplane, and Helm. Develop reusable architecture patterns and platform capabilities to enable scalable self-service infrastructure. Collaborate with application teams to define infrastructure needs and provide expert guidance on cloud-native best practices. Champion GitOps workflows and automation pipelines to ensure consistency, reliability, and speed. Mentor engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. Ensure infrastructure solutions meet security, compliance, and operational standards. Evaluate new technologies and influence roadmap decisions based on business and technical
Specialized Knowledge & Skills Requirements 7+ years of experience in cloud engineering or architecture roles (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Deep understanding of Kubernetes, container orchestration, and platform engineering concepts. Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Crossplane, etc). Strong proficiency in CI/CD, GitOps (e.g., ArgoCD), and modern DevOps toolchains. Excellent communication and leadership skills with a passion for mentoring others. Experience designing and supporting production-grade infrastructure in enterprise environments.
