Coaching the team: Utilize your expertise and leadership skills to coach and guide a team of engineers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high-quality deliverables Automation and platform improvement: Drive automation initiatives and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency, scalability, and reliability of our platforms Task prioritization: Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize tasks and effectively manage resources to achieve project objectives Application support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for applications, ensuring smooth operations and meeting service level agreements Incident management: Take ownership of incident management processes, coordinating timely resolutions to minimize impact on business operations Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders Requirements

Scripting experience: Proficiency in Python and PowerShell scripting, enabling you to develop automation scripts and streamline processes Good knowledge of GCP and Azure: Familiarity with both GCP and Azure platforms, allowing you to leverage their respective features and capabilities Azure DevOps pipelines: Experience working with Azure DevOps pipelines, enabling seamless integration, testing, and deployment of applications Kubernetes and Containers: Strong understanding of Kubernetes and containerization technologies, facilitating efficient deployment and management of applications Good debugging and troubleshooting skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues through effective debugging and troubleshooting techniques Monitoring tools: Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Azure logs, enabling proactive monitoring and alerting Nice to have

Experience with Istio, ArgoCD, and Bastion, providing additional value to our projects Previous experience working with Windows environments would be advantageous We Offer
