About the Job: Surveyor is responsible for all layout activities and ensures safe, accurate work. Collaborates with Project Leadership to identify improvement ideas. Contributes to effective project management through daily observations and communication. Interfaces daily with the client and project management to resolve tolerance conflicts and field constructability issues. Roles and Responsibilities: The Surveyor will possess competency in the following areas in order to perform his/her role in a safe, productive, and effective manner. Operates Surveying Equipment to Layout the Work
Provides Layout which Adheres to Quality Control Requirements
Ensures a Safe Work Environment
Lead survey field crew in construction staking, boundary surveys, and topographic surveys. Requires a firm understanding of survey and concrete construction processes
Requirements: Able to work in all weather conditions
Great organization and communication skills
Competency to communicate with both internal and external customers
Professional email etiquette
Willingness to learn and grow as an employee
