What You'll Do
* Lead daily kitchen operations and execution * Manage BOH staff, scheduling, and training * Maintain food quality, consistency, and sanitation standards * Control food cost, inventory, and ordering * Partner with FOH and leadership to drive service excellence
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as a Kitchen Manager or Sous Chef * High-volume restaurant background * Strong leadership and communication skills * Ability to lead under pressure * Hands-on, accountable management style
