[Job ID: 1047099] Responsibilities: Manage project lifecycle from BOM creation in SAP B1 to overseeing commissioning and handling after-sales enquiries. Provide technical field assistance in maintenance, installation, operation, and start-up of equipment. Prepare detailed customer field reports after each site visit. Assist customer service and sales teams by providing technical and process information for aftermarket sales. Coordinate with customer service and purchasing departments to ensure timely aftermarket sales and delivery. Conduct regular visits to prospects, customers, and agents to provide technical advice and generate sales opportunities. Maintain and analyse records of opportunities, quotes, and customer contacts, and act proactively to follow up. Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering 2–5 years of experience handling manufacturing equipment/machines Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP Business One), AutoCAD / Inventor, and MS Excel is an advantage.
