Job Title: Junior Engineer Location: Griffin, GA

We have an exciting opportunity for an Engineer to join our team in Griffin, GA. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in power connector application and design, while contributing to the development and support of our products.

About the Role: Product Development & Design: You will learn all aspects of power connector application and design criteria, including sand castings, foundry operations, and machine shop procedures. You will also develop new and custom products and provide cost estimates. Technical Support: You will provide technical support to the Sales Department, Agents, and customers, assisting with product recommendations and troubleshooting technical issues. Testing & Quality Assurance: You will perform mechanical and electrical tests on products and support the company's Quality Assurance and Safety programs. Documentation & Support: You will assist in catalog updates and the development of technical and promotional literature.

Who You Are: Educated Professional: You hold a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Entry-Level/Early Career: You have 0-2 years of relevant experience. Technically Proficient: You have experience with 2D and 3D CAD software (AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor preferred). A Strong Communicator: You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Motivated & Driven: You have a desire and ability to obtain a Professional Engineer license.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience with power engineering, power utilities, or power substations.

Additional Requirements: Ability to travel to customer sites, both domestic and international, as needed.

Additional Info: Salary Range: $60,000 - $66,000
