Deep expertise in platform and distributed-system design (micro-services, event-driven patterns, cloud orchestration, observability, automated testing). Demonstrated success in financial services or other industries requiring AI-native development skills: experience integrating GenAI APIs/LLM frameworks, building ML pipelines, or using AI code-assist (., GitHub Copilot) in daily workflow. Design, build, and integrate platform services (APIs, event streams, shared authentication, observability) that serve clients reliably. Leverage AI-native coding tools to accelerate software delivery and adhere to best practices. Demonstrate expertise in platform and distributed-system design, including micro-services and cloud orchestration. Achieve success in financial services with AI-native development skills and experience with GenAI APIs. Mentor and uplift engineers through pair-programming, technical talks, and architecture reviews; foster a culture of continual learning and AI adoption. Foster a culture of AI adoption and continual learning among engineering teams. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Knowledge of Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and Java is advantageous.
