Business Intelligence Developer

Job Summary: We are looking for a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer with a strong background in building insightful, scalable, and user-friendly dashboards and reports. While experience with ThoughtSpot is preferred, we welcome candidates with solid expertise in Tableau or Power BI who are fast learners and have a proven ability to create complex, comprehensive reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using ThoughtSpot, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective data visualizations.
• Optimize data models and queries to ensure performance and scalability.
• Work closely with data engineering teams to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Support self-service analytics by enabling business users through training and documentation.
• Continuously improve reporting standards, templates, and best practices.

Skills and Requirements:

• Required Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in BI/reporting tools such as ThoughtSpot, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Proficiency in SQL and understanding of data modeling concepts.
• Demonstrated ability to build complex dashboards and reports that drive business insights.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience with ThoughtSpot (e.g., Liveboards, SpotIQ, Worksheets).
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake).
• Experience working in Agile or fast-paced environments.
• Exposure to scripting or automation tools (e.g., Python, dbt) is a plus.
