The 'accel bi' is seeking an Intermediate SAN Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, managing, and troubleshooting enterprise-class Storage Area Network (SAN) environments to ensure high availability, scalability, and security for County data and applications. This role works closely with infrastructure, application, database, and cybersecurity teams to maintain optimal storage performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities
Provide daily support and collaborate with the Storage Management Team on the open systems platform.
Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot SAN infrastructure issues, including Cisco SAN switches.
Maintain and optimize the County's SAN environment for maximum reliability, efficiency, and performance.
Manage and support enterprise storage systems, including NetApp, StorageGRID, and VAST platforms.
Design and implement storage solutions that integrate with and complement Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) capabilities.
Analyze customer requirements and recommend effective, scalable, and cost-efficient storage solutions.
Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and health monitoring for SAN environments.
Document SAN configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting workflows.
