SUMMARY: WinTec Arrowmaker, Inc. is a defense contractor dedicated to providing outstanding program management, engineering, logistics, and operations support to Department of Defense customers. The Intermediate Information Security Engineer will support A&A efforts to complete tasks that integrate cybersecurity standards and requirements into all phases of the system development lifecycle. This includes developing and maintaining A&A packages throughout all stages of the DoD RMF process. The engineer shall provide support for A&A authorization decisions such as Authorization to Operate (ATO), Authorization to Connect (ATC), Interim Authorization to Test (IATT), Interim Authorization to Build (IATB), Denial of Authorization to Operate/Connect (DATO/C), reporting directly to the WinTec Program Manager. *CONTINGENT UPON AWARD* ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Support A&A efforts to complete tasks that integrate cybersecurity standards and requirements into all phases of the system development lifecycle, including developing and maintaining A&A packages throughout all stages of the DoD RMF process. Support A&A authorization decisions such as ATO, ATC, IATT, IATB, DATO/C. Provide support for network architecture research and design. Generate reports for network device configurations and analyze network performance after new configurations are implemented. Plan and support demonstrations of network defense-in-depth solutions, including sensor optimization and orientation. Provide network engineering services to test network architectures. Support network installations, including site surveys, network access, database management, MDM, VPC architecture development and integration, accreditation activities, and system operational testing and evaluation. Analyze requirements and capability documentation to identify operational deficiencies and develop innovative solutions to address cybersecurity gaps. Serve as a liaison/support leadership with government organizations, acting as a point of contact for cybersecurity, SCADA, electronic warfare, and IPL-related investigations. Assist in conducting CSTE, Cyber Table Top Exercises (CTTX), Cyber Vulnerability Investigations (CVI), and Cooperative Vulnerability and Penetration Assessments (CVPA) to identify risks. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or information security with 4+ years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma/GED with 8+ years of relevant experience. Current DoD 8570.01-M IAT II or IAM II certification. Travel approximately 20%. PREFERRED SKILLS: Military background or familiarity with military command and control structures. Knowledge of military, federal, state, and local agency interfaces. Strong time management, problem-solving, self-motivation, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail. Ability to adapt to shifting requirements and work effectively in a team. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. SECURITY CLEARANCE: Active DOD Secret Clearance.
