Position Summary
The Personal Lines Insurance Advisor will drive new business and expand relationships with both standard and high-net-worth clients. This role will handle Personal Lines Clients, focusing on high-net-worth individuals such as Wealth Managers, Family Offices, and Luxury Real Estate Agents within our Private Client Division.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and manage personal insurance opportunities.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless policy implementation.
Leverage networking and cross-selling to drive sales and agency growth.
Partnering with other sales divisions to maximize cross-selling opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or work equivalent required.
Minimum 5 years of personal lines insurance experience with proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Capable of interacting with clients to cultivate strong relationships.
Must be able to utilize Microsoft Office applications; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint at an intermediate or advanced level.
Must have an active Texas P&C insurance license.
