Salary: $100,000 - $110,000/annually

Were looking for an innovative Instrumentation & Controls Engineer to join our high-performance team and help shape the future of industrial automation in nuclear power, fuel enrichment, chemical, refinery, and energy facilities.
What Youll Do
Youll be at the forefront of designing and developing advanced I&C and electrical systems from concept to implementation. Expect to:
Engineer process control systems , mechanical equipment , and motion control mechanisms for high-stakes industrial environments.
Perform PLC programming & HMI development using Rockwell Automation RSLogix/Studio 5000 (Siemens or Honeywell experience is a plus).
Create design specifications, control logic diagrams, wiring schematics , and other detailed engineering documents.
Lead control system integration , utilizing tools like MATLAB for modeling and simulation.
Develop and present technical proposals, white papers, and trade studies to colleagues, customers, and leadership.
Apply rigorous QA standards, including ASME NQA-1, 10CFR50, and 10CFR21 .
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, reliable, and compliant solutions.
What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related engineering field.
24+ years of engineering experience in I&C, electrical, or motion control design (nuclear or DOE experience a plus).
Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals and ability to apply them to real-world challenges.
Proficiency in Rockwell RSLogix/Studio 5000 for PLC programming and HMI development.
Technical writing skills to produce proposals, design basis documents, and specifications.
US Citizenship with the ability to obtain/maintain a government security clearance.
Bonus Skills:
Siemens SIMATIC Step 7 or Honeywell programming.
Electrical analysis (ETAP, SKM) and arc flash studies.
Familiarity with NFPA, UL 508A, IEEE, and IEC standards.
PE license or FE exam completion.
