Contractor Requirements: Infrastructure Engineering – Compute, storage, networking, and coding skills (70:30 ratio)
Kubernetes Expertise – Specific proficiency in Red Hat OpenShift BareMetal installations K8 networking (CNI Cilium) Storage (CSI) Performance testing of OpenShift environments using Helm charts OpenShift Operator management
Ceph Storage Management – Deployment, upgrades, and integration with Kubernetes for S3-compatible storage
Virtualization & Cloud Migration – Automating VM migrations into OpenStack with KubeVirt and KVM
Performance Optimization – Advanced tuning techniques for OpenStack environments
Cloud-Native Infrastructure – Ensuring high availability and fault tolerance across OpenShift environments
