Location : Nashua, NH (Remote employment from anywhere in the U.S. is an option for this position)

Duties: Developing systems within the engineering team to ensure world-class performance, availability and uptime for the company's cloud and hybrid network infrastructure. Developing automation systems and monitoring processes to provide reliability from the servers, networks, and related utilities and hardware that comprise the cloud infrastructure. Improving efficiency and conforming with standards through the development of APIs, automation code, and monitoring systems. Subject matter expert, mentor and advocate to fellow team members on making reliable technical decisions around engineering and supporting the complex technology that runs the business-critical systems for our customers. Diagnoses and resolves complex hardware, software and network connectivity problems, Server builds, installs, configures and maintains infrastructure hardware & software components.

Requirements: Bachelor degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Information System or Computer Engineering plus 3 years of experience in job offered, Systems Engineer, or closely related position. Concurrent experience must include 3 years of experience with VMware Virtual Infrastructure; Microsoft infrastructure services, and Netapp.
