A manufacturing company in the northwest suburbs of Milwaukee is adding an Industrial Engineer to their team. The position is open due to an internal promotion. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company that offers a professional yet casual work environment in a recently renovated facility

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

•BS in Engineering preferred

•Experience with electromechanical assembly preferred

•Ability to implement and execute 5S programs, Kaizen events, Root cause analysis

•Familiar leading CapEx projects

•Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles

•Six Sigma and/or Lean experience/certification preferred

•ERP experience (SAP preferred)

•Experience working with automation systems a plus (PLCs, HMIs, Robotics)

•Perform production line balancing and time studies

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
