Job Snapshot Title: Industrial Engineer Reports to: Corporate Sustainability Engineer Focus Areas: Operational Efficiency, Sustainability Strategy, Data Analytics Role Breakdown: Core Results – 70% Enterprise Value Creation – 20% Organizational Development – 10% Environment: Fast-paced, collaborative, cross-functional What You’ll Be Doing Core Results (70%) Lead projects to improve manufacturing efficiency and environmental performance Track and report sustainability metrics in alignment with internal and external frameworks Analyze facility energy usage and recommend cost-saving improvements Support Scope 3 emissions tracking through supplier engagement and data collection Use data visualization tools to analyze trends and support strategic decisions Enterprise Value Creation (20%) Lead projects that provide environmental impact and cost reduction Identify and implement innovative solutions such as renewable energy, sustainable packaging, or closed-loop systems Integrate sustainability insights into business planning, highlighting return on investment and risk mitigation Organizational Development (10%) Build relationships across Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, Commercial, HR, and Finance Help teams identify and prioritize projects that support waste, energy, and water reduction targets Example Projects Conducting compressed air audits to identify and repair leaks, reducing energy consumption Supporting implementation of LED lighting retrofits across multiple sites Tracking key metrics to demonstrate progress toward company-wide sustainability goals

What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related discipline Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with sustainability metrics, reporting, and data analysis Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with minimal oversight Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau Passion for continuous improvement and environmental stewardship We Can Offer You: Benefits are the game changer!
