Job Title: Imaging Service Engineer – Cardiovascular/Cath Lab 27517 Location: Seattle, WA (Pacific Northwest region) Job Type: Permanent (Remote/Field-based) Open Positions: 1 Experience Required: 5+ years in Cardiovascular Imaging Service (GE or Philips) Work Authorization: U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder Compensation: $140,000 – $180,000 (based on experience; please do not disclose range to candidate) Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary onsite support engineer for diagnostic imaging systems in assigned territory

Handle installations, troubleshooting, repairs, calibrations, and preventive maintenance

Maintain effective communication with internal support teams and external customers

Provide technical expertise and timely updates following service requests and escalations

Ensure all service activities comply with internal policies and ISO 13485:2016 standards

Deliver high-quality service with professionalism, technical accuracy, and customer focus

Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours support

Train internal teams as needed and contribute knowledge across the organization

Generate and report system sales leads to the business development team

Adhere to all travel, safety, and documentation protocols as required

Required Skills and Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on experience with GE or Philips Cardiovascular Imaging/Cath Lab systems

Associate degree in Biomedical, Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering Technology OR equivalent military/technical experience

Strong diagnostic skills and hands-on troubleshooting expertise in imaging equipment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office ; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and efficiently manage field assignments

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Willing and able to travel up to 50–75% across the region by various transportation modes

Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs, bend, kneel, climb, and maneuver equipment during service

Must meet customer credentialing requirements for site access
