About the Role:

As an Imaging Service Engineer II (ISE II), you'll play a vital role in maintaining, repairing, and calibrating a variety of imaging systems in a hospital setting. You'll be responsible for supporting Cath Lab, C-arm, Ultrasound, and other diagnostic imaging equipment. Your expertise ensures our clinical teams can deliver safe and efficient patient care every day.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and calibrate a broad range of diagnostic imaging equipment and devices
Perform preventative maintenance and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
Collaborate with clinical staff to identify and resolve equipment-related issues
Maintain accurate documentation and service reports
Support safety initiatives and maintain a safe work environment
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff
Manage parts procurement and service budget as needed

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in imaging equipment service and repair
Strong working knowledge of Cath Lab, C-arm, and Ultrasound systems
Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare environment
Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills
Ability to make sound decisions under pressure while managing multiple service requests
