We’re currently partnering with a respected leader in the medical imaging and healthcare technology space to find a talented Imaging Service Engineer II (ISE II). In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining and repairing diagnostic imaging equipment while collaborating closely with clinical teams to support patient care. This position requires both hands-on technical expertise and strong communication skills to effectively troubleshoot issues, train end-users, and ensure compliance.

Your Role

As an Imaging Service Engineer II, you will:

  • Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and calibrate diagnostic imaging equipment, including but not limited to Cath Lab systems, C-Arms, and Ultrasound machines
  • Interact regularly with clinical staff to resolve technology-related problems and deliver exceptional on-site support
  • Maintain regulatory and safety compliance standards across all equipment serviced
  • Provide documentation, service logs, and inventory reports as needed
  • Support the professional development of junior team members through training and mentoring
  • Manage purchasing decisions for parts and service as required

You’re a Strong Fit If You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience servicing and maintaining medical imaging equipment
  • Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with imaging devices
  • Excellent communication, time management, and customer service skills
  • Direct experience with Cath Lab, C-Arms, and Ultrasound equipment (strongly preferred)
  • A safety-first mindset and attention to regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree (or equivalent military or technical training) in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of imaging equipment service experience in a healthcare environment
  • Proven ability to make sound decisions regarding repair, calibration, and preventive maintenance
  • Working knowledge of service documentation and reporting best practices
