You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As an I&C Electronics Engineer in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the Instrumentation & Controls Business Unit. Your work will include:
Product Development & Design Manage and trace system and component-level requirements
Design and analyze digital and analog circuits for nuclear-grade applications
Develop PCB schematics and layouts, ensuring compliance with design standards and environmental constraints
Support design reviews, FMEA activities, and technical documentation
Project Engineering & Leadership Lead or support engineering tasks, including planning, execution, and reporting
Provide technical oversight and coordination across multidisciplinary teams
Track progress and risks, ensuring alignment with project milestones and quality standards
Collaboration & Integration Work closely with other Framatome I&C organizations, including Systems Engineering, Software, and Verification & Validation
Participate in design integration efforts, ensuring seamless interaction between hardware and software components
Testing & Validation Develop and execute test procedures for prototypes and final products
Support design verification, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis
Configuration & Lifecycle Management Maintain configuration control of design artifacts and revisions
Contribute to product lifecycle activities, including obsolescence planning and regulatory documentation

Your Total Rewards Package
The range of base salary for the position is between $83,000 - $113,000, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
