About the Role: As a CBRE HVAC Technician Mobile, you will maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC/R systems at multiple facilities. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services function, providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. CBRE - GWS is seeking an ambitious, reliable, and skilled HVAC Technician ready to advance their career. This position will lead the team in completing preventive maintenance and repairs for critical HVAC systems in a retail environment. The area covered includes Boston and North of Boston. What You'll Do Impact a range of customer, operation, project, or service activities within your team and related teams. Conduct inspections and ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards. Troubleshoot equipment failures, determine the best course of action for modifications, and maintain, operate, and repair HVAC systems and related equipment, including electrical and plumbing systems. Perform repairs, emergency, and preventive maintenance on HVAC/R and general building systems, and complete maintenance records. Operate company-issued vehicles responsibly. Share your expertise in HVAC/R systems and other related areas within the function. Lead by example, demonstrating behaviors aligned with CBRE RISE values. Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard, impacting work quality positively. Communicate complex technical information clearly and professionally to team members and clients. Compensation is determined based on education, training, and experience. The hourly rate ranges from $34.00 to $44.00, depending on the candidate's skills and qualifications.
