We're looking for a courteous, detail-oriented maintenance engineer to provide our guests with a five-star experience. You'll be in charge of overseeing the property’s overall upkeep and carrying out routine processes to make it fully functioning, pleasurable, and safe. • Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues
• Respond to emergencies that occur outside of regular working hours
• Operate various tools like wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and other maintenance equipment
• Observe all engineering safety rules and criteria
• Collaborate with other personnel who will help you with maintenance tasks

• Stellar communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are needed
• This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Driver’s license and clean driving record is mandatory
• Experience with facilities management software is preferred
• A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required
