As a Hotel Engineer, you'll be the behind-the-scenes expert who ensures everything in our hotel's environment works perfectlyfrom the lights overhead to the systems below. You're not just a fixer, you're a protector of guest experience, a guardian of comfort, and a crucial part of the journey our guests take with us. What You'll Do: Inspect and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Troubleshoot problems and make on-the-spot repairs to keep operations flowing seamlessly. Respond immediately to urgent maintenance needsfrom power outages and leaks to alarms and equipment failure. Act quickly and professionally to ensure safety and limit disruption. Tackle guest room maintenance requests efficiently and courteously. Be a friendly and professional presence when working in guest spaces. Follow brand, state, and local safety guidelines with precision. Conduct regular walkthroughs to identify and resolve potential hazards. Work hand-in-hand with housekeeping, front desk, and leadership to ensure a flawless guest journey.
