Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 negotiable yearly Responsibilities: Maintain all of the hotel's equipment and preventative maintenance plans Work in collaboration with other technicians who will assist you with a variety of maintenance tasks React to emergencies that happen before, during, and after your regular work shifts Stay in constant contact with co-workers, managers, and other departments Use a wide range of tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, indicators, edge finders, drills, wrenches, and additional equipment

Supervise the maintenance team and manage the department
