Description
Job Summary:
Schedule patient visits to benefit the patient per physician orders.
Maintain documentation of patient visits according to agency policy.
Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences.
Uphold and promote patient safety and quality.
Qualifications
Education:
Associate's degree in physical therapy assistant and licensed in the state of Alabama required.
Experience:
Two years' experience as a physical therapy assistant minimum. Experience in home care preferred.
Additional Skills/Abilities:
Should possess good organizational skills, good interpersonal skills, and flexibility. Must be driven to work independently.
