As a Remote Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer, you will bridge the gap between product, sales, and engineering teams by enabling technical readiness and customer-facing success for product launches and commercial expansion. This role involves architecting and supporting solutions that align with business objectives, optimizing GTM processes, and ensuring the technical integrity of product rollouts across global markets.

The GTM Engineer plays a key role in pre-sales and post-launch activities, working closely with Product Managers, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success to translate technical capabilities into market-facing assets and operational workflows.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop technical GTM strategies for new product features or services

Serve as the technical point of contact during GTM execution, helping translate product specs into operational processes

Build and manage tools, integrations, and automations that support sales, onboarding, and customer success

Design dashboards and reporting tools to measure GTM success metrics (activation rates, revenue lift, etc.)

Implement systems and processes that support trial management, product demos, and technical enablement

Support technical content creation (e.g., whitepapers, deployment guides, FAQs)

Troubleshoot issues related to product integration and deployment as raised by GTM teams

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

2 years of experience in technical engineering, sales engineering, or GTM enablement roles

Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), product analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel), and scripting (Python, JavaScript)

Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and product lifecycle management

Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
