The Role: Engineering Growth at Scale
We're seeking a Growth Engineer to build the technical infrastructure that powers our revenue generation and customer acquisition. This isn't traditional marketing automation—you'll be engineering growth through AI-powered systems, automated visual content creation, and scalable lead generation pipelines that showcase our visual technology to prospects through compelling demonstrations.
You'll partner closely with Marketing to turn their strategies into automated, scalable systems while building the technical foundation that generates qualified leads through visual storytelling and automated outreach.
What You'll Build
Automated Visual Content & Lead Generation Systems
AI-Powered Visual Content Creation : Engineer systems that automatically generate compelling visual content, product screenshots, comparison graphics, and marketing assets at scale
Visual Storytelling Automation : Build automated workflows that create before/after comparisons, feature demonstrations, and industry-specific use case visuals
Content Distribution Pipelines : Create systems that automatically distribute visual content across email campaigns, social media, and landing pages
Dynamic Content Personalization : Engineer automated systems that customize visual content based on prospect industry, company size, and engagement history
Lead Generation & Qualification Automation
Automated Prospecting Systems : Engineer data pipelines using Apollo, and other enrichment APIs to identify and research target accounts automatically
AI-Powered Lead Scoring : Build machine learning models that identify prospects most likely to convert based on behavioral and firmographic data
Multi-Channel Outreach Automation : Create sophisticated email, LinkedIn, and direct mail campaigns that scale personalized outreach to thousands of prospects
Visual-First Nurture Sequences : Engineer automated lead nurturing workflows that educate prospects through progressive visual content and demonstrations
Growth Analytics & Attribution Systems
Performance Tracking Infrastructure : Build comprehensive analytics systems that track every touchpoint from first contact to closed deal
A/B Testing Frameworks : Create technical infrastructure for testing messaging, timing, visuals, and outreach strategies across all channels
Attribution Modeling : Engineer systems that accurately attribute revenue to specific growth activities and optimize campaign performance
Conversion Optimization : Build automated landing page testing, form optimization, and lead capture improvements
AI Integration & Automation
Conversational AI Systems : Integrate ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools to automate content creation, prospect research, and personalized messaging
Visual Content Generation : Use AI tools to automatically create compelling visual marketing assets, product demonstrations, and comparison content
Intelligent Workflow Automation : Build smart automation that adapts based on prospect behavior, engagement levels, and qualification criteria
Predictive Analytics : Create AI models that predict which prospects are ready to buy and automatically prioritize sales team outreach
Technical Requirements
Programming & Development
Backend Development : 3-5 years experience with Python, JavaScript (Node.js), or similar for building automation systems and APIs
Frontend Skills : Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript for creating interactive demos and landing page optimization
Database Management : Experience with SQL databases for storing prospect data, analytics, and campaign performance metrics
API Integration : Extensive experience connecting marketing tools, CRM systems, and data enrichment platforms
Marketing Technology & Automation
Marketing Automation Platforms : Advanced experience with HubSpot, or similar platforms for campaign automation and lead nurturing
Data Enrichment Tools : Hands-on experience with Apollo or similar tools for prospect research and data enhancement
CRM Integration : Experience with HubSpot CRM integration and custom workflow development
Analytics Platforms : Proficiency with Google Analytics or similar tools for tracking growth metrics and conversion funnels
AI & Content Automation Tools
AI Platform Integration : Experience with OpenAI API, Claude API, or similar for automated content generation and prospect research
Visual Content Tools : Experience with Canva API, Figma API or similar tools for automated visual content creation
No-Code Automation : Advanced skills with Zapier, Make, n8n or similar platforms for rapid prototyping and workflow automation
Content Management Systems : Experience building and optimizing content workflows for marketing campaigns
Growth & Analytics Experience
Growth Marketing Background : 2-4 years in growth marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations with technical implementation focus
A/B Testing & Experimentation : Strong experience designing, implementing, and analyzing growth experiments
Conversion Rate Optimization : Track record of improving conversion rates through technical optimization and testing
Data Analysis : Proficiency with SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, Python for analyzing campaign performance and identifying optimization opportunities
