Responsibilities In the Data Search Department, you will develop and apply cutting-edge machine learning technologies in real-time large-scale systems serving billions of search requests daily. Projects involve advanced NLP and multi-modal models to enhance the search experience for hundreds of millions of users worldwide. We are exploring how to leverage LLMs to further improve TikTok's search capabilities, aiming for the next-generation search engine. Video understanding: Utilizing NLP, CV, and LLMs for better video comprehension to improve search result authority, credibility, and usefulness.
Qualifications Minimum qualifications include: Final year or recent graduate in Software Development, Computer Science, or related fields. Work authorization in the employment country at hire and ongoing. Proficient coding skills and strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Experience in NLP, ranking, ads, search engine, recommender systems, distributed systems, or machine learning. Additional information The annual base salary range is $136,800 - $259,200, with potential variations based on qualifications, skills, experience, and location.
