Vivo HealthStaff is recruiting for a AI Healthcare startup in LA. This is a permanent position on-site in LA. What You'll Do Own full stack product development from idea to deployment

Work directly with the CTO to launch critical features in our patient- and clinician-facing apps

Integrate real-time medical data, EHRs, and ML-driven treatment tools into seamless user experiences

Push the envelope on frontier AI tooling (multi-agent systems, synthetic data, etc.)

Who You Are 2–5 years of professional full stack development experience

You've shipped end-to-end features in startup environments (ideally as early hire)

You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and crave ownership

Strong backend engineering skills; solid frontend experience is a plus

Bonus if you're familiar with healthcare systems, or have worked with AI/ML tooling

Work Environment In-office 5 days/week in downtown San Francisco

Optional 6th day (remote), typical hours: 9am–7pm

Intense but rewarding-expect ownership, not micromanagement

Compensation Salary: $150K–$250K base

Equity: 0.75%–3% (top decile equity offering)
