As a Full-Stack Software Engineer , you’ll join a six-person Data Pipeline team embedded within a larger 20+ member development organization.

This team plays a pivotal role in supporting a robust, web-based platform that integrates diverse publicly available information (PAI) into an advanced analytical tool trusted by hundreds of mission customers.

Here’s What Your Day-to-Day Might Include Taking ownership of complex features and driving design and development from concept through delivery.

Building and enhancing backend capabilities—data ingest pipelines and scalable RESTful APIs —while also contributing to frontend visualizations when needed.

Applying your expertise in microservices architecture and NoSQL databases to deliver resilient, high-performing systems.

Working closely with analysts, product owners, and fellow engineers to ensure mission solutions are practical and impactful.

Mentoring teammates, promoting code quality, and sharing best practices across the team.

Contributing to process improvements that accelerate integration of new data sources and improve team efficiency.

Operating in a highly collaborative environment known for stability, cohesion, and direct mission integration .

Minimum Qualifications Clearance:

Top Secret Clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (must be active – we cannot sponsor clearances).

Citizenship:

Must be a U.S.

Citizen (we cannot sponsor visas). Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline with 12+ years of experience , OR 16+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.

Required Skills Proficiency in Java and Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC/REST, Spring Security, Spring Data). Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases such as Elasticsearch, Dgraph, MongoDB, or Redis. Strong proficiency with Git for version control and Maven for build automation. Comfortable working in a Linux development environment . Experience using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) for collaboration and task tracking. Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools, workflows, and technologies. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to thrive in a collaborative mission-driven environment. Desired Qualifications Experience with Apache NiFi or similar data wrangling tools. Exposure to AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda). Scripting proficiency in Python, Groovy, and/or Bash . Experience integrating AI/ML technologies into workflows. Frontend development experience with modern frameworks such as Vue.js or React. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and automated testing frameworks (JUnit). Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes . Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Packer, Terraform, and Ansible. Exposure to production CNO capabilities and operations . Compensation Range:

$199,000.00 - $262,000.00  *The salary range provided reflects an estimate based on current market trends and may be adjusted based on factors such as the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.
