This role offers the opportunity to work on high-performance systems powering thousands of concurrent AI agents, with an emphasis on low-latency communications, multi-region fault tolerance, and large-scale deployments. Architect and maintain a fault-tolerant, multi-region infrastructure.

Build scalable systems that can efficiently auto-scale AI deployments.

Automate testing, monitoring, and reliability improvements.

Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to advance AI-driven communication technologies.

Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure.

Write code to automate operational tasks, build internal tools, and improve system resilience.

Troubleshoot and optimize performance, latency, and availability.

Implement best practices for reliability, observability, and DevOps workflows.

Manage incidents, conduct post-mortems, and drive continuous improvements.

What We’re Looking For 3–10 years of software engineering experience, with a focus on backend development (60–70% backend, 30–40% frontend).

Strong coding skills in Go .

Experience building and scaling backend systems from scratch.

Deep understanding of backend systems, APIs, and databases.

Proficiency with Kubernetes for container orchestration.

Familiarity with frontend technologies (React, TypeScript).

Passion for AI-driven technologies.
