Job Overview We’re seeking a Full Stack JavaScript Developer with strong MERN stack experience and a passion for building maintainable, object-oriented applications. You’ll play a key role in setting development standards and mentoring others, while contributing to high-impact projects that drive business growth. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) Design clean, professional user interfaces with HTML/CSS Develop backend services with Node.js and Express Collaborate in Agile teams and contribute to all phases of the SDLC Use Git-based platforms (GitHub, Bitbucket) for source control Research and resolve application issues and improve business processes Document and test software thoroughly Mentor junior developers and share best practices

Required Skills & Experience 3–5 years of full stack development experience Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, and Docker Experience with MongoDB, SQL Server, or MySQL Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles Familiarity with Agile methodologies Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills Clear and concise communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Experience with financial transaction processing is a plus
